So last night I had terrible back pain. Got worse throughout the night. Seems I injured something somewhere and caused my back to go into Spasm. . Not fun at all. . Will have to take it slow for a couple of weeks. Really sucks, because I was just getting back to the workout intensity that I love after Grayson was born. . You have to listen to your body, even though my mind wants to go on.
