After years of shooting on our snowy backyard peaks, treks into Japanese powder country, and arctic explorations in Iceland we’ve learned a lot about ourselves. While some of our favourite films have come from these difficult shoots, the landscape doesn’t forfeit so easily nor give up its beauty. With frozen fingers, exhausted and icy lungs something as simple as pressing record becomes more difficult. And maybe that’s why we enjoy the final product so much. When you have to truly work for something, the result becomes so much sweeter.
