The Heart Foundation has recently reviewed the latest evidence covering how certain foods impact heart disease risk. Less than 350g of unprocessed red meat (such as beef, pork or lamb) is now recommended per week. . These homemade beef burgers are a tasty way to incorporate a small serve of red meat into your diet for a great dose of iron and vitamin B12. You could also add a can of brown lentils to reduce the meat volume if you like. Unfortunately most premade hamburgers you buy in the supermarket are only 60-80% meat and full of preservatives 👎🏼 Ingredients: 1️⃣1.5kg lean beef mince 2️⃣1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs 3️⃣1 onion, finely diced 4️⃣1 egg 5️⃣1 bunch fresh parsley chopped 6️⃣1 Tb crushed garlic 7️⃣1 Tb seeded mustard 8️⃣salt, pepper and chilli flakes to flavour Method: 🔸In a large bowl, mix beef mince, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, seeded mustard, salt and pepper. 🔸Cook in a medium frying pan over medium heat, turning once, until cooked through

Your dominant thoughts today are the blueprints for your tomorrow... Not only do we become what we think about, we do what we think about. Whether your thoughts are positive or negative, your mind will act on them. If we are directed by our dominating thoughts, why not implant our minds with things that benefit us? What are your dominating thoughts? Are you thinking about the things that will make you the person that you ultimately want to be? Do you have deep and powerful thoughts about these things? One thing that can really help you is to sit down and write out your life goals. After you have crafted your life story and the way you want it to unfold start summarizing it. Try to get it down to a single page. Once you have done this, you should read it as often as possible. At a bare minimum you should read it at least once a day. Preferably you should do this first thing in the morning and make it the last thing you do before going to bed at night, then as many times in between as you desire. It all depends how strong your desire is. The more times you read your plan, the more you will implant it into your mind. Remember, your mind cannot discern between reality and fiction. It will simply act on it.... Think negative and you will receive negative. Think positive and that is what you will receive. Also es gibt 3 Phasen In der ersten Phase trinkst du 5 Shakes pro Tag und hast noch paar Vitamine die du dazunimmst. Zusätzlich musst du 3-4 Liter trinken damit das auch funktioniert. Nach diesen 3 Tagen kommt dein Körper in die ketose Phase und bist somit in Phase 2. In der Phase 2 isst du mittags oder abends eine Mahlzeit. Diese muss ketogen sein also zuckeram und kalorienarm. Die Phase 2 macht man so 2 Wochen bzw. Solange bis man sein Wunschgewicht erreicht hat 😊 hat man diese erreicht wechselt man über in Phase 3 und isst 2 mal pro Tag und ersetzt die anderen Male mit Essen und lernt das Zielgewicht zu halten sobald das der Fall ist kann man absetzen und so weitermachen. “Hanging for healthy shoulder”. • Secondo alcuni studi (Dr. Kirsch) riguardo la risoluzione di diversi problemi/fastidi alla spalla, basati sulla premessa della nostra discendenza dalle scimmie, le quali vivono gran parte della loro esistenza appese spostandosi tramite brachiazione, l’appendimento sistematico rappresenta un’ottima pratica per avere spalle sane e robuste. Infatti nel momento in cui l’uomo cominció a muoversi a terra, smise di usare le spalle per lo scopo per il quale sono state progettate, esponendosi così all’insorgere delle numerose patologie di questa articolazione, di cui soffrono tantissime persone. Risulta logico pensare che tornare ad un uso “antico” delle spalle, non può che giovare alla salute delle stesse. Con le giuste progressioni è possibile tornare ad appendersi in modo consistente: tramite l’esercizio si possono ridefinire i diversi spazi interstiziali presenti nell’articolazione, rinforzando e allungando i suoi muscoli e tendini, allungandoli e riducendo l’eventuale dolore che li caratterizza, se presente. Inoltre si comincia riscontrare l’importante effetto parallelo di rinforzo della presa e della forza nelle mani. Personalmente, di recente ho sofferto di un dolore (probabilmente tendineo) alla spalla durante l’estensione completa verso l’alto. Sono tornato quindi a svolgere un protocollo giornaliero di preparazione della spalla già utilizzato più di un anno fa, il quale prevedeva un appendimento di 60 secondi seguito da 8-10 ripetizioni di rotazioni esterne con manubrio in posizione seduta, con carico gradualmente crescente nel tempo. Dopo già una decina di giorni il dolore è quasi scomparso, senza dover tuttavia interrompere completamente la pratica di allenamento, bensì affiancandosi ad essa. In generale quindi, una buona pratica di questo potenziamento prevederebbe l’appendersi per almeno 2 minuti al giorno agli inizi, eventualmente dividendo in set da 30 secondi ognuno nel caso lo stress alle mani risulti eccessivo. Col progredire delle settimane, sarebbe poi indicato assestarsi ad uno standard di 5 minuti/ giorno. Provate!

In Cyprus physical activities in adolescents (12-15 years old) reach 50%, but in high schools (15-18 years old) drops to 37%. It's worth mentioning that smartphone and tablet use in the weekdays reach 4 hours daily and 5 1/2 in the weekends.
