Per chi non lo avesse ancora capito.. Ipertrofia muscolare: Per allenare al meglio un atleta è bene pensare ad un programma strutturato su un Macro ciclo e dei micro cicli. NON devono mancare allenamenti finalizzati alla forza poiché esso comporta una serie di adattamenti neurali tali da incrementare la capacità di reclutamento delle unità motorie. Questo reclutamento sarà poi funzionale grazie ad allenamenti specifici al conseguimento di ulteriori adattamenti ipertrofici. L'ipertrofia delle fibre è una delle 3 componenti della forza assieme alla coordinazione intramuscolare e alla coordinazione intramuscolare, per cui strettamente interconnessi con essa. Nonostante ciò il lavoro eseguito con carichi su massimali superiori all'85%di 1 Rm e poche ripetizioni, non si rivela efficace nel produrre adattamenti ipertrofici quanto l'allenamento con carichi inferiori ed un numero di superiore di ripetizioni portate all'esaurimento!! Per cui periodi di allenamenti per la forza e per la coordinazione devono essere sempre intervallati da periodi di lavoro sulle ripetizioni più alte anche perché lavorando anche con ripetizioni alte si riesce a stimolare al massimo MITOCONDRI, CAPILLARI, SARCOPLASMA. #bodybuilding #functionaltraining

I could continue to go on, but the moral to my story is that YOU always have a choice, never blame others for the choices you make, never let people down and then say “but I didn’t have a choice”.
