This is Sarah.
She’s one of my dear friends and also a participant in last year’s VIBRANT YOU online course.
Here she is participating in the ‘movement’ component for week 3- which is to move yourself in water: in a swimming pool, natural body of water or at least moving your body gently in a bath. Being mindful of the sensation of being surrounded by fluidity, of flow and translating that to our daily life.
In WEEK 3 of VIBRANT YOU- We dive deep into our FLOW aspect of health, the sacral chakra, exploring the topics of creativity, emotions, relationships and incorporate foods & daily practices to help balance this area of our health.

“The Awakened Vibrancy course was so supportive and such an inspiration! I signed up feeling low on physical and mental energy and was immediately gathered into the fold of positivity, empathy and encouragement of George’s natural warmth, but also the support of the amazing group of women I shared the course with online. I was given a structure to plan each week with inspiring, motivating activities which led me to experiment with ways to self nurture and make changes in my daily life, all underpinned with amazing, delicious recipes each week.
I've never been part of an online group before so didn't know what to expect but I really looked forward to our meetings and meditations, and I loved being inspired by the others and sharing experiences.
