Acabou a cetogênica 🙏🏻 e ontem foi dia daquela visitinha básica no meu doctor favorito. Dia de ouvir verdades e de virar mais fã ainda do cara. Mesmo tentando fazer tudo certinho e à risca do que ele orienta (manda na verdade 🤣) eu ainda tomei um ferro. Mas foi aquele ferro didático, pra ensinar e te mostrar que você tá fazendo errado. Sabe aquele dia de cardio que eu tava fazendo 40 min de esteira (caminhada e corrida), bicicleta e elíptico ou remo, ficando 1:20 Na academia? Faltei enfiar debaixo da mesa com o 🖐🏻 "Tá tudo errado" 😂😂 e aí foi aquela mega aula de que o "menos é mais". Então aí tudo fez sentido. E se eu contar as orientações, que ele me passa, pra um personal trainer ou um nutricionista tradicional, vão chamar ele de louco. Mas é essa "loucura" dele que mudou a minha vida e tudo que ele diz eu vejo acontecer no meu corpo. Então eu sou a prática viva da teoria dele. E ele sabe que sou metódica, enjoada e sigo à risca o protocolo. Agora vou fazer uns exames novamente e iniciar outros procedimentos pra ajudar a ganhar músculos e perder o resto da barriga que empacou. E vamos à nutrição esportiva. Agora não tem mais peso e medida abdominal todos os dias, então acabou a contagem e as marcações. Saio de lá toda vez grata a Deus, pois em 32 anos de existência, pulando de médico em médico, nutri em nutri, fazendo mil dietas de tudo quanto é jeito, encontrei um profissional foda. As vezes, só olhando as minhas fotos pra eu acreditar no que me tornei, porque as vezes nem o espelho consegue me mostrar a real proporção.
