I never realized that doing something good for myself continuously is one of the hardest thing to do since I have very demanding life and family schedules❤️Yes, I am talking about keeping up with my fitness routine! It’s hard y’all!
Its about how determined I am, how dedicated I am and what it’s mean for me!!! Today, I ran only 3.38 miles, it is literally nothing for many of my friends that runs all the time, but for me, it was a big deal! My legs were still tired & wobbling from Saturday’s run yet I had very little sleep last night since the baby was keep waking me up... it also rained heavily this afternoon so puddle of mud was everywhere... I had to cook, and clean... had to send few texts and check my email. Every excuse I needed was in front of me to not run this evening... But I went out and did it anyway... As soon as I left the house, I realized it was actually the coolest temperature since I started running in June, so I did really well comparison to my previous runs! My best 5K record🙌🏼😘 I am just over the moon happy with myself right now!
