I am all about organization and routine!
A few things I do every morning are.. Plan a TO-DO list 🖤
I like to plan this at night actually right before bed so I have a clear idea of everything I want to get done. I like to plan everything in the order that I want to get it done. ALSO, don’t plan TOOO much! That’s setting yourself up for failure. Pick 6 things.
Go on a morning walk
Get your body moving especially in the morning. It will set the tone for your day. It’s a little bit colder outside and it’s so refreshing! I like to walk 1 mile every morning and go over my to do list from the night before.
I have been obsessing over podcasts lately. When I’m making on my walk, making breakfast, and getting ready I am listening to a podcast. My favorites are @theskinnyconfidential and @edmylett
They are SO inspirational and really get you motivated to CRUSH the day ahead
