Completely unplanned workout today. Literally just went off feel on every movement.
I had some variety, including Reverse Hypers, DB Incline Press, DB Decline Fly, BB Bench Press. On Bench, we messed around with chains and bands.
First video is a new 5RM PR at 245lbs. Certainly had a bit left in the tank. Instead of bumping up a few pounds for another attempt, I got ambitious and went straight for 315 with the Slingshot instead! 😂👍
It felt great btw. Really happy with that bar speed.
