I was asked to describe winter in Canberra. And my answer was: cold (of course 😀), early sunsets, fireplace, warm drinks and.... truffle festival 😋
To celebrate the truffle season @hyattcanberra brings back their winter signature culinary event, Truffle Degustation Dinner. It’s on every Thursday this month in collaboration with four wineries; Brokenwood Wines (4 July), Robert Oatley Wines (11 July) , @ruinart Champagne (18 July) and Nick Spencer Wines (25 July).
I’ll join Hyatt Executive Chef, @nitinkumar__ and the ambassador of Ruinart champagne this Thursday to indulge in a feast of mid-winter magic aka four course of black truffle menu with matching wine.
