Если вы пришли на тренировку, чтобы сделать несколько подходов на руки и пресс, тогда ладно, можно сократить время разминки или сделать первые подходы без веса. Но когда вы готовитесь к тяжелой тренировке нижней части тела, как эта, вы просто обязаны хорошенько разогреться. Они более упругие, более сильные. Запомните, и дело с концом. Hello guys! Today marks our 4th post from the BodyKraft Tools series . And the special quest for today is : training frequency . I encounter many people that start with the phrase: alright, how many times should I hit the gym, and what should I work . My answear is 99% of the cases the same: as many times as you possible can and you manage the program to be able to hit every muscle twice per week . So, clearly , the more days you have in the gym per week, the more complex and complete your workouts program can be ( I say CAN because many don’t follow a program , or they build their program wrong) . Afterwards, the hitting every muscle twice per week comes into the ecuation . We have talked already about MPS ( muscle protein synthesis) and what it does. After giving a stimuli to a muscle the MPS will be active for 48-72 hours in that area , afterwards it will go into a very very very slow catabolic state. Therefore that’s why it is important to stimulate your muscle every 72h . There are many scientific papers that proved 2 times/ week being way more efficient than once / week. For 3/week the results weren’t that better than 2/wk . Therefor, based on your days in the gym your program should be built to this principle at it’s foundation . Ex: . 2 training session / wk ( full body aplits) . 4 training sessions / wk ( upper/lower x2) . You get the idea by now . 99% of crazy ideas in the health/fitness or should I say fat loss industry is made up or exaggerated to make the coach sound original or special so you pay them or buy their product. I make zero euros for telling you that you can stay home and never train with me but still lose weight by being in a calorie deficit but I do it because it’s true.
