Being that I have gallbladder stones (which are very painful it feels like your having a severe heart attack) from eating so badly before I had gotten pregnant and during I DO NOT eat meats, any type of animal based food or products. I DO NOT eat dairy products (milk, cheese, etc) I DO NOT eat processed or any fast foods(McDonald’s,Wendy’s, burger kung, Popeyes, etc) I DO NOT eat food that has GMO in it I DO NOT eat refined sugar (anything storebought) I ONLY EAT plant based foods and FRUITS AND ORGANIC FOODS that has to be cooked because it’s not BOUGHT IN A BROWN PAPER BAG. Found that my Dove deodorant now makes an aluminum free version. Going to test it out. While I like my Native deodorant for the winter -it’s all healthier ingredients- it doesn’t work on wetness. So I use regular deodorant in the summer. Aluminum is a known neurotoxin. Although whether it harms your health is still controversial. They just don’t know enough. It’s best to keep your exposure to a minimum. After all, they used to think smoking was good for you.... WERE HERE! We did it. The work is done. Off to our last circuit training this morning together and then we cruise. We did everything to the “T”, followed every single instructions, never skipped a workout, a meal or went over an extra gram. We can be SO proud babe! Funny how we met through our first show back in 2017 and now we preped together as a couple. What a journey 😅 highs and lows but we SURVIVED! Hey guys! So week 2 of walking consistently during the week is done. Patience quit on me after we completed a little over 2 miles. 😞 But I went on to finish 3 miles but hey I’m still proud of her especially after she’s worked late & still gets up with me! • • I encourage you to include your babies in your fitness goals. Also, pace yourself by starting small & focusing on consistency. We took it back to the basics (once again; the struggle is real 😂) & so far so good!!!!!! You can do this!!!!!! FULL DAY OF EATING 🍋🥑 - - This is what I typically eat most days. I try to mix it up every now & then so I don’t get too ‘bored’ of my meals but some of these (especially the salmon) have become my go-to’s. All of these are super yummy 🤤, nutritious & really easy to make!! - - It’s taken me 3 years to fully understand how important your diet is. I now start to look at food by “how nutritious is this?” and try to stick to clean eating. As much as I love my 🍩s and 🍪s, I don’t have them near often as much as I used to (almost everyday)!!
