How do you get yourself motivated to workout?
Sometimes it’s having a killer playlist that makes you want to get up and groove or get a good sweat on. Other times it may be developing a buddy system to keep you accountable!
I’ve found jumping into classes is a great way to challenge the body, embrace the competitive side and get some inspiration. Chantelle teaches a Gym Floor circuit class Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s utilizing the equipment whilst guiding you through out the class! x
