Found this place when walking back to the hotel. It's the inside of the Temple of Holy Christ and its massive.
Everything was written in Russian (obviously) so I couldn't read anything or gather information. The only people around was a man praying, a small religious group in the corner chanting in what I presumed to be Russian and an old lady in a ceremonial robe knitting behind a desk... I asked if it was okay to take a picture, to which I pointed at the camera and then at the alter. The lady just nodded. I knelt down, took a shot and realised I needed to either boost my iso way up or keep the camera stable enough to take a long exposure. I placed the camera on the ground, set my exposure to around three seconds and fired away. The result is a little blurry but decent enough to be content with it! ☆Top Tip☆ if you find yourself without a tripod, when resting the camera on a stable platform (flat ground, table, etc...) set your shutter button to a 2 second timer. This will help eliminate any sudden movement when pressing the button and also gives you a little time time to rest in the position before the shot is taken
