And now for something completely different: My cats!
Beans is the black cat on top of the cat climber. I met Beans around Christmas back in 2016. When I met him, he’s been a stray living in a cow field across from my grandmothers house. He decided to come over, introduce himself, and ultimately decided I would be his new family! He’s roughly five years old now, though his age is a bit of a mystery, since he was a stray before.
Below him is Cooper, who, along with Bertie (see next picture) came to live with us this past January. Cooper is the more adventurous of the two, as well as the louder of the two, meowing when he’s hungry, wants attention, or is simply happy.
The last picture portrays Bertie, Coopers sibling, who came with us when we adopted Cooper. When we first got Bertie, there was a bit of confusion, as the people at Petsense (the store that was caring for them that we adopted them from) told us Bertie was a boy, however, the paperwork we later received dated that Bertie was a girl (we ultimately chose to go with what the paperwork said, though it’s hardly important). Bertie is the calmer, quieter, and more skittish of the two, though won’t hesitate to play if offered a toy or cooper decides to wrestle. Both are nearing the end of their kitten phase.
