❇️When you’re trying to meditate in the UK - instead You’re going to get blown to bits lol. . . 🧘‍♀️ I mean you can’t say I haven’t been making a effort haha. . 🧘‍♀️ Excuses I hear all the time for not meditating: ‘it’s not really me’, ‘I don’t have time’, ‘I don’t feel I’m doing it right’, ‘it doesn’t suit me’. . . 🧘‍♀️ Trust me I used everyone of those excuses above! I was in no way a calm person, and I couldn’t imagine myself doing this deep breathing stuff haha . I also found it very boring at the start. . . 🧘‍♀️ Having consistently meditated for a month now, I actually start to enjoy taking 10 minutes out of my day just to breathe! 🙂🙂 . 🧘‍♀️ Meditation has many benefits on the following: . . 1.
